I just want to say thank you so much for all your support, comments and excitement! I am so happy that other people are happy too. That really makes me feel like what I am doing matters. I want to say a special thank you to my friend Jacalyne Sherlock who left this earth last fall. She was Australian, and taught me so many things about life and athletics. She could see that mountain biking was my soul path, and that meant that sometimes I would be struggling. She taught me to dig deeper for the lessons I needed to learn and to always always believe in the “impossible”. I know somehow she was watching and giving my wings a little extra span. Thanks Jacalyne! I miss you!

Awesome post Willow! So much of someones life happens after they are gone….and this is a perfect example. Keep up the pace – you are on a roll!

Tremendous. If your friend was an Aussie, it must have helped to inspire you greatly in Canberra. You ride was incredible. I enjoyed watching the video immensely. I also enjoyed your Downieville blog and seeing you there with other tops pros.
