I almost smashed my face into the wall trying to kill a spider. … yep, I am on the east coast. The World Cup Series is a wrap. I finished 2nd overall and I am super happy with my consistency. However, I do think it is my turn for some luck! I am wishing for some rain, the perfect legs, high-vibe energy and lots and lots of love to get me to the very top step of the podium this weekend! Visualize the rainbow, and send it my way! I hope you all are fabulous.

The World Cup overall podium

Willow,
Great job in Windham this past weekend.
Thank you for the couple of pic’s on sunday after the citizens cat 1 awards.
If you don’t mind, I would like to post them on my blogspot.
Good luck to you at Mont-Sainte-Anne.
Go get the RAINBOW in which you speak of.
Best of luck
Rob Stine

The harder you work, the harder it is to surrender.

I’ll be watching on Freecaster cheering and sending high-vibe energy your way. I know you can do this. Mont Sainte Anne belongs to YOU!
Go get’em, Willow.

Good job Willow,
I have to laugh because i was just watching you on Universal Sports, but I remember when you were at UNCA – I was a couple of years ahead of you. I wish I had taken the time to meet you then (but i was a roadie/trackie at the time…)
Nice work!

Doin the happy dance…get ready to play in the mud. And no one plays harder in the mud than you do! I think there is a rainbow in there somewhere, I just can’t see it for the rain and fog.

Hey just read this.
Awesome!
A huge congrats totally inspiring season!
It’s nice to read about how you approach racing and your training.
I have tried to be wholly analytical about my training.
But do much better if i truly listen to my body and energy
and go by feeling.
Anyway dig your vibe. Enjoy the off season!
